The architectural style is being designed by experts from John McAslan + Partners, who have worked on other Nobu network projects. The complex will be surrounded by a green landscape with a restrained design, and there will be parking located beneath the building.

The interior design will be executed by Rockwell Group in accordance with Nobu's philosophy. Traditional Japanese aesthetics will merge with local flair, featuring clean lines, muted tones, and natural textures.
