The Dubai Mall
The Dubai Mall, situated at the heart of it all in Downtown Dubai, is the most visited retail and lifestyle destination in the world - welcoming over 100 million visitors every year.
It is the second largest mall in the world. At over 13 million square feet (equivalent in size to more than 50 football fields), The Dubai Mall has a total internal floor area of 5.9 million square feet (55 ha) and leasable space of 3.77 million square feet (35 ha)
A mall like no other, The Dubai Mall has more than 1,200 retail outlets, including two anchor department stores, Galeries Lafayette and Bloomingdale's, along with over 200 international dining experiences and a wide range of entertainment and leisure attractions for families to enjoy.
Burj Al Arab
One of the most famous hotels in the world. The building stands in the sea at a distance of 280 meters from the shore on an artificial island connected to the ground by a bridge. With a height of 321 m, Burj Al Arab was the tallest hotel in the world until the construction of the Rose Tower Hotel with a height of 333 m, which opened in April 2008. Currently, Burj El Arab ranks 5th among the highest hotels in the world. The hotel was built in the form of a dhow sail, an Arab vessel (therefore, in the vernacular, the hotel is often called a "Sail"). At an altitude of 210 meters there is a helipad, and on the other side there is a restaurant "El Muntaha" (Arabic for "Highest"), both are supported by cantilever beams.
Burj Khalifa
A super-high skyscraper with a height of 828 meters, the tallest and most multi-storey building, the tallest structure, the only 828-meter and 163-storey skyscraper in the world.
The Burj Khalifa is also home to the most famous singing fountains in the world. They are considered one of the largest on the planet: the jet can rise to a height of about 150 meters, which corresponds to the level of the fiftieth floor of a skyscraper. Powerful water cannons and modern shooters that allow you to create jets of various heights, shapes and angles of inclination, multi–colored spotlights - all this is the basis of enchanting shows.
Etihad Museum
Opened in 2017, the Etihad Museum in Dubai tells the story of the emergence of the United Arab Emirates. It is also referred to as the Emirates Museum or the UAE Museum. Etihad is a tribute to the seven founders of one of the richest countries in the world. The building has an area of 25,000 sq. m. and includes eight pavilions with permanent exhibitions. Its exposition presents documentaries, photographs, artifacts and interactive maps demonstrating key events on the way to the formation of a new state.
DubaiLand
Variously described as 'the world's largest leisure and entertainment destination' or 'the Disneyland of the Middle East', DubaiLand was first announced in October 2003.
The 107 square mile site lies inland from Palm Jumeirah, between Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road and the desert. The master plan shows 26 development projects within which there are 50 visitor attractions.
The largest four projects are Arabian Ranches, Dubai Sports City, Falcon City of Wonders and Golf City, all residential developments but within themed environments.
